26th May 2021We had lots of fun working on the computer to improve our skills. -

12th October 2018We have been working hard to create our poetry. We have been learning about adjectives and verbs, and trying to think of the most effective and interesting vocabulary that we could. We listened to music and watched a video clip to inspire us. We are really proud of our class effort!

12th October 2018We have been exploring how we can create different shades of grey and blue. The overall outcome will be use our greys and blues to create a stormy sea painting. Rosie has already created her picture, which we have used as a great model to show the class what is expected. Great painting, but messy!!

12th October 2018We all worked really hard to learn the poem Soggy Greens at home. Rosie created actions too, so she performed them for the class to copy. A great performance Y1/2 Class!

28th September 2018We used the I-pads to navigate the B-bot around a route. We had to thinks very carefully. Look how focused we all are!

28th September 2018We had to really concentrate, listen and observe closely to create our line drawings. We used a video to help us. We are so proud of our great work that we are going to display it in the hall too.

28th September 2018We created our own line drawings by following instructions and carefully observing images off YouTube. We are really proud of our work. We are going to display it in the hall, so everyone in school can see it every day!

26th September 2018We helped to create our own class poem all about animal alliteration. The poet Ian Bland came to visit our school and shared lots of his poems. We had an assemble in which we performed our class poem. We have worked in small groups to perform poems all about food. We have learned about onomatopoeia. We have had great fun!!

21st September 2018We have been learning different sports and skills in our PE sessions with a sports’ coach. We all have lots of fun too!

21st September 2018We have been working really hard to count in 2s, 5s and 10s. We have tried writing the number sequences. We have also been matching numerals to words. We are Maths superstars!
