The children have been working hard on division. We used the iPads today to reinforce that skill and to also introduce MEAN averages.
In pairs, the children played a round and divided their score by the number of birds in that round!
It was great after the lesson that a pupil, Fearne, brought over a pic collage created to summarise what she’d done – she obviously enjoyed it!
Hopefully playing ANGRY birds will help them remember the term MEAN!
