This year, as we all know, Christmas will be a little bit different for everyone and Mrs. McLeod had the idea to donate to charity rather than have our usual ‘Secret Santa’. Around £250 was raised from the staff with the money being split between two local charities: Ramsbottom Pantry and Bury Young Carers. Pictured below is Mrs. McLeod presenting the cheque and a box of food items to the brilliant team at Ramsbottom Pantry and below, Mrs. Cuthbertson and Mrs. McLeod with the two cheques. 

It was great to meet the volunteers from Ramsbottom Pantry and we look forward to supporting them for years to come as well as the brilliant group at Bury Young Carers, who said, ‘What a wonderful donation and surprise. Please thank everyone who donated to Bury Young Carers for Christmas. It has been hard this year because our activities have had to be limited to packs and online activities. But we’ve kept contact with the young people and the youth workers are there if needed.’
