Yesterday we held a special assembly for our new Reception children and their parents. The year 6 buddies had a very important job of introducing their Reception child to the rest of the school. They had also made a welcome card for them to take home. The cards were fantastic and the messages inside were lovely and will help to put the Reception children, and their parents, at ease! Thank you so much to the year 6s for their hard work and thank you to the parents who attended.
