Yesterday, staff were creating visors to wear as and when they feel it is appropriate: one to one support, working with a group and discussing/marking work with individuals. When staff are at the wall in the morning or waiting to greet you and your children, they may also have them on in case a parent wants to have a discussion about something. We are trying to put the safety of parents, children and staff at the forefront of our minds. Here’s mine ready for the morning:
