To warm our brains up before we learn something new in maths we love to play mathmagicians. In this game we have to think about a number and write down any fact we can think of about that number. Here is what we came up with about the number 5! Miss Leveridge then choose 2 children who really impressed her to wear our magical capes for the whole lesson! This week Lilly and Evan really impressed her. Lilly remembered 5×5=25 and could explain how she worked it out and Evan knew that if a number has a 0 or a 5 on it, it must be in the 5 times tables. How impressive!
