The girls football team played in a tournament and started off with three strong victories. They then faced Bury Grammar and narrowly lost 3-2. This meant they needed to win in their final match against St. Mary’s Radcliffe to stand a chance of progressing to the next stage. The girls hit the post, crossbar and their goalkeeper was outstanding meaning the game ended 0-0 and we finished 3rd out of 6 on 10 points! Girl of the tournament was Jasmine but they all played really well!
