Well done to the 9 children who represented the school superbly throughout the tag rugby competition this evening: win, lose or draw. 

It was a new experience for many of the children but they really gave it 100% and worked incredibly well as a team. Our first game saw us beat Greenmount 2-0 with tries from Joe and Alex. Our second match was a 1-1 draw with Higher Lane and a last minute try from Oliver. In our third game we beat Old Hall 3-0 which ensured a final match against Lowercroft. 

It was a very difficult match and Lowercroft clearly had some real talent: beating us convincingly 3-1 with Ezi scoring a last minute try. 

Still, it was all smiles at the end as the children gave three cheers to Lowercroft and picked up their well-earned silver medals!

Thanks to Mrs. Jackson and the parents for their support. It was a joy to watch such a great team!
