After the great win last Tuesday, we played again on Friday, when we faced St. Mary’s Radcliffe. Like Tuesday we went behind once again and was 2-0 down after 5 minutes, however, we turned it round and were actually winning at half time 3-2 following great goals from Lily, Ella and Emily.

The second half was a very tight and tense affair and nobody could score. Sasha made an incredible one handed save to keep the score at 3-2 and with the last kick of the game, Emily scored the goal of the game after shooting from the half line to see her shot fly into the far top corner.

The hundred fans leapt into the air and the roar was deafening!

The girls now head into the semi final.
