Take part in discussions and debates

We use several key tools around school and in the classroom to help teach and develop core values and skills, along a pupil's Learning Journey at Holcombe Brook. 'Learning Waymarks' shown here are specific items from these tools that are relevant to the content, or activity being reported. We add this information with the hope of strengthening these values and accelerating pupil development, both in the classroom and at home. As part of Autism awareness week, Taj Mahal class have been doing some work to ensure they understand the challenges that people with Autism can face on a daily basis. The class worked really hard in groups, and individually, to ensure they are fully aware that; ‘it’s okay to be different!’. image
