Over the summer our Mental Health Team attended a review of the hard work our school community have put in over the last couple of years to ensure Mental Health is always at the forefront of our minds.

It is my pleasure to reveal the exciting news that our school has been awarded with the Mental Health Gold Award through the Carnegie Centre Of Excellence!

Staff training; pupil, parent and staff surveys; regular communication with parents (at times, around the world – throughout our various social media channels) and ultimately trying to make school a happy and safe place to be. Not only this, but our hard work during the lockdown was also recognised. 

There are so many people to thank but every single stakeholder at Holcombe Brook has played a part in this award. THANK YOU SO SO MUCH!
