Do activities to help learn the difference between written and spoken language

We use several key tools around school and in the classroom to help teach and develop core values and skills, along a pupil's Learning Journey at Holcombe Brook. 'Learning Waymarks' shown here are specific items from these tools that are relevant to the content, or activity being reported. We add this information with the hope of strengthening these values and accelerating pupil development, both in the classroom and at home. Year 3/4 have been explaining how the ‘snoozatron’ from Wallace and Gromit’s cracking contraptions works, but through the use of a variety of actions. They memorised the sequence and performed it brilliantly in class.

  2. The part of the lesson I saw was really good Year 3/4. It looks as though you are really enjoying this!
