Eiffel Tower make bouncy balls!

We use several key tools around school and in the classroom to help teach and develop core values and skills, along a pupil's Learning Journey at Holcombe Brook. 'Learning Waymarks' shown here are specific items from these tools that are relevant to the content, or activity being reported. To make our bouncy balls we used glue, salt and food colouring. It was tricky to only pour a small amount of food colouring into our mixtures so as the lesson went on we realised that it was easier to use a little measuring spoon. We concluded that the smaller the ball the higher we could get it to bounce as it was lighter. Also the more glue we used the stickier the ball was when we tried to mould it.
