Our final topic this year ‘Dogs’ is inspired by our English unit based on the brilliant novel One Dog and his Boy by Eva Ibbotson. The book has already provoked some fantastic discussions and independent work. We watched a wonderful animation called ‘The Present’ on The Literacy Shed website and have started to write 3rd person narratives.
I’ve promised a real life puppy visit on Monday too!
