The wonderful children in Golden Gate class were determined to help raise money when they heard about the plight of the polar bears due to global warming.

While the infants enjoyed a pyjama day to mark WBD, the children in Golden Gate had their own special story-time.
The children settled down on their cushions and blankets and were served hot chocolate with marshmallows while enjoying their favourite books.
They also got to listen to the opening chapter of the new class novel, Wolf Brother.
Children in Golden Gate class put their learning into practice this week when they designed and made wire loop games. Using knowledge gained in our electricity topic in science, the children built their own circuits to recreate the popular game. They had great fun and worked as teams to problem solve during the design process.
