We use several key tools around school and in the classroom to help teach and develop core values and skills, along a pupil's Learning Journey at Holcombe Brook. 'Learning Waymarks' shown here are specific items from these tools that are relevant to the content, or activity being reported. We add this information with the hope of strengthening these values and accelerating pupil development, both in the classroom and at home. We have harvested our potatoes today in gardening club. We were surprised to find that our potatoes had grown! We thought that we hadn’t watered them enough, but they actually look perfect! We will be selling them along with the onions after school today. Proceeds will be going to Mrs Sutcliffe’s bench.

We also planted pumpkin seeds ready for Halloween.
