We use several key tools around school and in the classroom to help teach and develop core values and skills, along a pupil's Learning Journey at Holcombe Brook. 'Learning Waymarks' shown here are specific items from these tools that are relevant to the content, or activity being reported. We add this information with the hope of strengthening these values and accelerating pupil development, both in the classroom and at home. This week we remember all of the servicemen and women who have lost or risked their lives in wars. Poppies are being sold in the hall at break time and most classes will take part in a minutes silence on the 11th hour, of the 11th day, of the 11th month.

We would love to give all Holcombe Brook children and their families the opportunity to contribute to our Remembrance Day Wall. Please upload messages and photographs and don’t forget to include details of the person being honoured. Thank you.
