Work collaboratively with other children

We use several key tools around school and in the classroom to help teach and develop core values and skills, along a pupil's Learning Journey at Holcombe Brook. 'Learning Waymarks' shown here are specific items from these tools that are relevant to the content, or activity being reported. We add this information with the hope of strengthening these values and accelerating pupil development, both in the classroom and at home. The new Taj Mahal class have settled really quickly into life as Year 3/4 children. They have enjoyed a range of activities, including PE with Mr Cowling, discovering about the importance of a ‘Growth Mindset’ with some help from Mojo and his friends, spending time reading in the school library, learning to play different notes on the recorders with Mrs Geelan and earning lots of coins on Times Table Rockstars. Well done on a wonderful first few weeks back at school Taj Mahal!
