The girls were drawn to play in their quarter final against Bury Grammar School at Goshen. It was a really close game for the first 15 minutes and remained 0-0. Just before half time, Amelia managed to score direct from a free kick with the power on the shot taking it under the wall and into the bottom corner. In the second half, Bury Grammar had several chances but our defence and goalkeeper managed to keep their attacks at bay. The whole team worked hard and played incredibly well and with a second half hat trick from Amelia, the score finished 4-0!

Well done to the whole team –  the semi final will take place on Thursday 12th May.
