We use several key tools around school and in the classroom to help teach and develop core values and skills, along a pupil's Learning Journey at Holcombe Brook. 'Learning Waymarks' shown here are specific items from these tools that are relevant to the content, or activity being reported. We add this information with the hope of strengthening these values and accelerating pupil development, both in the classroom and at home. We had a great time learning about Gravity in our science lesson and experimenting with different materials. We made paper helicopters and used scientific vocabulary to explain why one material worked better than another.  We had some great explanations. Science Day in Everest
