we had a special visitor in class today – Kevin the carrot! We watched his advert and found lots of interesting things to discuss, then we wrote about him using the 4 different sentence types. We also compared his story to the traditional ‘ Night before Christmas’ and an Australian version of the poem also. Then we made our own Kevin to use tomorrow.
