Sensory Garden update: We are aware that it has been some time since you have heard any news on the planned Sensory Garden but please rest assured that a lot of work is going on in the background. On that note, a huge thank you must go to Janet and Mike Steer (parents of a child in school) for all their efforts to get to this stage:creating drawings, plans and costing schedules which will ultimately save the school £1000s.
The project is currently out to tender and we are hopeful of appointing a company prior to Christmas. However, with the continued horrendous weather conditions, we envisage the planned works to take place during the Easter Holiday with a grand opening in the Summer term. Thank you to all our stakeholders and of course the PTA for their continued fundraising. We can’t wait to see what will no doubt be a magical and memorable space for all the children.
