Well this has certainly been a long time coming! Our first sports report in a long long time. On Thursday we were invited to take part in both a lower key stage 2 and upper key stage 2 football tournament. In the morning the younger squad played several games, winning the majority and navigating their way to the final which they narrowly lost but they were all delighted to be returning to school with silver medals!

In the afternoon, our older girls were up against double the amount of teams and according to the staff, the standard was very high. They drew two games and won their last but missed out on qualifying for the later rounds on goal difference. Once again, their behaviour and team spirit was exemplary throughout and they made the most of the experience, smiling on their return as an unbeaten team!
