This half term the children in Reception Year 1 have been caring for some caterpillars. They arrived at school smaller than a grain of rice and ended up as beautiful butterflies. The children have looked after them every step of the way and learnt all about their life cycle. Today we said goodbye to our new friends and released them so they could play in the trees.
