Ready our girls’ year 5/6 team managed to earn silver medals at the Greater Manchester games which involved two teams from each borough of Manchester.  The team won some games, lost some games and drew some games but the most important thing is – they had a great deal of fun and got better throughout! They won their quarter final and semi final by the narrowest margin and after an end to end final, lost the game 4-2 to Moorside from Droylsden!
What a fantastic achievement to make it to this stage and to come second out of hundreds of teams from Greater Manchester! A big thank you to Mrs. Lynchey for helping with the team that day. There are some videos and pictures below :
