Question time with a visitor

We use several key tools around school and in the classroom to help teach and develop core values and skills, along a pupil's Learning Journey at Holcombe Brook. 'Learning Waymarks' shown here are specific items from these tools that are relevant to the content, or activity being reported. As part of our new Predator topic, Ranger Jamie from Zoolab visited Taj Mahal class. However, he was not alone! Accompanying him were a variety of creatures, some predators, some prey and some that were even scavengers. These included a cockroach, a rat, a tarantula, an albino corn snake, a giant snail and a bearded dragon lizard. What a brilliant way to start our new topic! image
