another great afternoon down in the woods searching for and making trolls! Great design and thinking skills setting traps to catch the trolls, then creative skills making clay scare trolls. Also hot chocolate and brioche to end the afternoon.Â

Every time I see these photos or go down to The Island I am struck by how happy and contented our children are. Children in their ‘natural habitat’ learning at multiple levels, using many skills for life and loving every minute! I know their clothes need to go straight into ‘the wash’ but it’s a small price to pay….
