England is the joint oldest national team in football

that have played in the world’s first international football match in 1872 against Scotland.The men’s team have scored 19 blasting goals in six games in 2023(3.2 per game),only three fewer than they scored in 13 games in 2022(22).The women’s team won the UEFA women’s Euro in 2022 final against Germany. Following a UEFA recommendation in 1972 for national associations to

incorporate the women’s game,the football Association (FA)

rescinded its 50_year  ban  on women playing at English Football league grounds.⚽️🏟️
