A team of year 3/4 boys set out to a tournament on Thursday morning and got off to a great start with a 3-0 win over CC Ainsworth, this was followed up by a 2-2 draw against St. Mary’s Radcliffe and a 1-0 win over Greenmount! They progressed to the semi finals and managed to beat Guardian Angels 1-0. In the final against Old Hall, Holcombe Brook went 1-0 up with a great goal by Alfie but couldn’t hold onto their lead and Old Hall equalised with 20 seconds to go, they then got the winner with a golden goal in extra time! Well done to Old Hall!

We then took a year 6 team in the afternoon who also enjoyed their tournament and worked really well as a team!

All the boys performed incredibly and should be really proud of their efforts.
